While on parking lot duty, again. Two boys are sitting on the grass sharing a bag of Cheetos. They have this conversation:
Boy 1: I have a question for you?
Boy 2: Oh ok
Boy 1: What does ghetto mean?
Boy 2: huh?
Boy 1: I mean what does ghetto really mean? I hear kids saying "that's ghetto", but what does it mean?
Boy 2: It means nothing, people say it to be stupid.
Boy 1: Ok
6th graders, talk and think no one is ever listening. They have the funniest conversations while waiting to be picked up. These two boys have heart to heart talks like this everyday.
